What Exactly is a "Reboot?"

“Dieting” is about what we CAN’T eat. It is gritting our teeth for a short while and denying ourselves what we enjoy eating and working out like a crazy person - all for a temporary fix (at best).


“Rebooting” is about choosing a new nutrient-dense and mindful path to wellness - about what you CAN eat - for permanent mind-body results that support our optimized selves and results that last a lifetime, both body, mind and spirit!! 


On the Reboot, you are educated and trained in an extensive line-up of life-altering mind-body health and wellness concepts that shape a healthier future, including:

  • Food sourcing
  • What nutrient-dense food to eat (and what not to)
  • When to eat (and when not to)
  • How to get in touch with and balance your hormonal health
  • How to move to attain the highest possible levels of flexibility, strength, and fat loss
  • How to develop a wellness mindset

  • How to manage stress and anxiety (and cortisol!)

5 Phase Approach to Metabolic Flexibility

 The first few weeks are about adjusting to a new way of approaching lifestyle, food prep, meal planning, and accountability. From there, you are coached through all 5 phases of the Reboot process from fat adaption through to metabolic flexibility and beyond, into maintenance.

So What will WE be doing ON YOUR REBOOT?

In just 12 weeks, The Mind-Body Reboot Method: Foundations program empowers women of all ages and ability levels to successfully reboot and optimize their bodies and their lives with effortless health and wellness that lasts a lifetime!


Here's how we get that done:

#1 - The Coaching Partnership

To have the lifetime of success you crave, it is essential to have the right guides, teachers, and partners who've been where you are and have the wisdom and education to help you get to where you want to go. That's the difference that a coach makes in your Reboot process. I've been where you are now, and I can help you get to where I am at this time!  Your Reboot program consists of a 1:1 orientation and program completion session with me, and 12 weekly live coaching group sessions. Plus ANY time you need help, info, encouragement - or talked off the sugar-monster ledge! - the entire Reboot community and I are there for you!

#2- All New "Reboot Academy 2.0" smartphone app!

The Reboot is now "Reboot 2.0!" All of the program tasks, education, food and shopping lists, mindset work, weekly progress reports - all of it - is delivered RIGHT TO YOU in the palm of your hand via a Custom Smartphone App (iOS and Android). All education, tracking, reminders, everything! It's all there in the app - which you have the option of using on a tablet or laptop as well!  It includes video, audio, streaming content, written materials, downloadable content, forms, tools, and more! It takes you step-by-step from your orientation all the way through graduation to Metabolic Flexibility - and beyond!!

#3 - Reboot TV!

You will gain instant access to Reboot TV, a 24/7 online library of our 10 text and video training modules that guide you from the start of your journey to maintenance, and beyond! Reboot TV also includes various regular events and special live episodes along the way, like group cooking classes, "Ask the Expert" interviews with leaders in the industry, live recipe reboot lessons, and more! 

#4 - Private "Reboot Lounge" Community

This client-only group is where you will have all of your questions answered, receive strong community support for you from the other amazing women at all stages of the program! The Facebook group also contains all of our live event video replays, recipe folder, research articles, etc., all available 24/7! Also, we are currently in construction on an all-new Hive-based community that will extend our community outreach and interaction even further than before!
