Like many of us, my clients come to us thinking that because of their age, their health challenges, or the kaleidoscope of different diets they've been on for years, that it is just not possible to ever achieve their ideal bodyweight. They may have even given up on improved health and a slim figure.
I know. I was one of these ladies! But I've figured out how to do it – without “dieting” - and lost over 130 pounds (and have kept it off!) - and vastly improved my health. So I studied and talked to a lot of smart people in nutrition and mind/body health and decided to start coaching and share my solution with other women in the same stuck position that I was in.
