The Mind-Body Reboot Method: Foundations

This newly re-launched 12-week Mind-Body Reboot Method: Foundations program utilizes the full power of the new Reboot 2.0 App to deliver a streamlined program to our clients, complete with education, tracking and metrics, community, lessons, activities, and a robust communications hub. 


Your Reboot Foundations program is CRAMMED with every possible coaching session, Smartphone App, Reboot TV streaming event, guide, form, text blast, cooking class, recipe, client portal, affirmation, workbook, course, activity, support, community, guided meditation, and tool you will EVER need to succeed - including optional deep dives into the entire knowledge base developed in The Reboot Academy - ALL AVAILABLE 24/7 FROM DAY 1!!!


The Foundations program is designed to work with you and your personal health requirements and is meant to be effective at any age or disability level. The median age is 52.5. The average weight lost during Foundations is 20.6lbs, and 100% of the Type 2 Diabetics starting the program have made big strides toward reducing or reversing their Diabetes and/or have all improved their A1C levels across the board!


All new clients are enrolled in the Foundations program to build the tools, knowledge, and skills needed to truly transform and build on a lifetime of effortless health and wellness.

The Mind-Body Reboot Method: Moving Forward

Our central objective is to ensure that The Reboot is a lasting transformation. In response, we built Moving Forward, the continuation program that supports clients to reach their goals and have a successful maintenance education for a lifetime of truly effortless optimal mind-body health and wellness. Once reaching your goals, Moving Forward then teaches the skills to:


  • Re-introduce whole food carbs and remain metabolic flexibility
  • Develop a new Primal Functional Fitness routine that helps you to build strength, flexibility, and balance - at any age or disability level
  • Expand your culinary repertoire to include new satiating and exciting maintenance foods 
  • How to effortlessly and fully enjoy holidays and celebrate occasions without blowing up your Reboot
  • ... and more!


The program also includes a limited membership to the highly effective Mindful Matters program to manage stress, anxiety, mindfulness around life and food, and deal with life's difficult people and situations. The program makes use of the amazing benefits of the Reboot 2.0 App, and includes a full range of retreats, events, bonuses, and 1:1 and group access to personalized coaching.

Advanced Reboot Clinics (ARC)

The Advanced Reboot Clinics (ARCs) are a set of challenges-based areas of study to take the experienced Rebooter's transformation to the next level, such as:


  • Advanced Intermittent (IF) and Extended Fasting (EF)
  • Biohacking
  • Next-Level Fitness
  • Mindfulness Techniques 
  • "Glorious Gut" Reboot


Due to the advanced nature of the programs and challenges of the ARC programs, acceptance to enroll are based on tight criteria, ARCs are primarily self-driven with some 1:1 coaching where needed. The various challenges also take advantage of the amazing resources of the Reboot 2.0 App + personal 1:1 coaching.

The Reboot Tune Up

Sometimes, life catches up with us. And even the best Rebooters can get a bit off-course. The Reboot Tune-Up is a 60-day jumpstart program of foundational and new advanced approaches and techniques designed for those who need to reboot their Reboot! 


I've used these very techniques and approaches myself to dig deep when I've needed to reach a certain goal - or to re-invigorate my health and wellness to a more optimized level. 


The Tune-Up is delivered via the Reboot 2.0 App and is a balanced blend of self-driven as well as 1:1 and group coaching.
