The 12-Week Mind-Body Reboot Method: Foundations program is now revolutionizing the health coaching industry with our state-of-the-art custom Smartphone App!! The “Reboot 2.0” Mind-Body Reboot Method App (available in both the Android and iOS platforms) will put your coach and your health right in the palm of your hand! AND WE'RE NOW ENROLLING!

 

Educate you across a wide range of important health topics. This is the first step to helping you to make informed decisions about how to eat, move, sleep and live a healthier lifestyle. Topics are delivered in a logical and progressive fashion, and include:


  • Diet and Nutrition (macros, grains, healthy fats, gut health, hydration, cravings, snacking, meal frequency, intermittent fasting, etc.)
  • Exercise (regular movement, micro workouts, strength training, sprinting, etc.)
  • Sleep (sleep hygiene, morning routine, napping, blue light exposure, etc.)
  • Lifestyle Behaviors (sun exposure, play, frequent work breaks, etc.)
  • Stress Management (breathing techniques, mindfulness, meditation, etc.)
  • Mindset identity goals, intrinsic vs extrinsic motivation, negative self-talk, cheating mentality, making time for health, failure vs feedback, taking responsibility, self-efficacy, etc.)


The app eliminates program overwhelm and delivers BIG on deep learning and lasting change! Education is delivered to you in sets of short daily lessons, with 122 lessons across 84 consecutive days (12 weeks). This is done via both reading assignments as well as video and audio clips where needed. The step-by-step approach has all but eliminated any program overwhelm and delivers BIG on deep learning and change.


Help you build healthy habits by prompting you to undertake simple daily exercises and activities.

Direct line of communication to your coach with in-app text messaging. Reboot 2.0 makes managing communications with our clients simple with in-app messaging. You will receive text, audio, video, and attachments as individual messages, and you can contact your coach through the app as well!


Don’t like reading on your phone? No problem!  Reboot 2.0 is available on Android and iOS (iPhone) platforms, but you can also interact and read everything online as well via a tablet, PC, MacBook - or ANY laptop or desktop computer! You can even print out the guides, shopping lists, forms, and handouts from either your Smartphone or laptop as well!
